We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team for a 6 months full-time position in our Human Resources department at Swissquote, the Swiss Leader in Online Banking with over 500,000 clients. As a Talent Sourcer, you will actively search for and engage with talented individuals to join our team, working alongside recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience in Talent Sourcing, strong communication skills, and a curiosity for learning and problem-solving. Fluency in English is required, and French is a plus.
